Chateau De Noizay, Chateauzen was a delight! The Superior King Room was magnificent with beautiful views, and I loved the delicious breakfast spread that included eggs, yogurt, and fresh pastries. The easy check-in process and helpful staff, especially Sophie, made our stay even more enjoyable!
I wish we could have stayed longer!

Gorgeous historical ambiance and beautiful natural surroundings.
During our stay, we experienced inadequate service at the bar, which detracted from the overall luxury experience. We were disappointed not to find complimentary water on arrival and the app ordering system felt impersonal and burdensome. Additionally, our room was not fully stocked with essentials like tea and water after the first night, which doesn't meet the expectations of a five-star establishment.

That breakfast spread was somethin' else! I had me a mighty fine time with those delicious pastries and fresh fruits. Sophie, bless her heart, took such great care of us, recommendin' local wine right in the garden. Just wish there was a few more outlets in the room for my gadgets. The gardens were like a fairytale!

great ambiance but room needs updating
The staff was exceptionally helpful and educated, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. The gardens surrounding the property are well-maintained, offering a picturesque setting to relax and enjoy. I was particularly fond of the climatized pool. it was a delightful way to unwind after a long day, providing the perfect escape into tranquility. The garden view from the common areas added a charming aspect to our experience.
The room decor felt a bit dated, which was surprising for a five-star establishment.

The gardens surrounding the property are stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop for relaxation. The climatized pool was a refreshing highlight, perfect for cooling off during warm days. However, the room decor felt a bit outdated for a five-star hotel, and the amenities could be more up-to-date. The dining options, though enjoyable, lacked a bit of variety that one might expect from a gourmet experience.

Just a solid selection for a brief retreat in Noizay with great value for the money. The pool area was relaxing and well-kept, perfect for unwinding in the sun. Consider bringing extra snacks or drinks, as the service at the bar can take a while.
